There are definitely certain outfits that could never be worn to work even if your employers have announced that business casual is now allowed. Business casual women can give you a little more liberation but it does not mean that you can wear whatever you want in the office. Shorts will always be restricted in the office especially those extremely short ones which are only appropriate for the beach. Although skirts are allowed, short skirts and miniskirts are not. But you must never wear jeans with torn fabrics.
